Glen Helen Nature Preserve Rules & Regulations

You are welcome in Glen Helen! For your safety, and to protect our preserve, visitors must follow these rules of use. Please respect and enjoy this special place. Do no harm, leave no trace.

  • Trails are open sunrise to sunset

  • Stay on trails

  • Dogs are allowed, but must be leashed and cleaned up after. Leashes must be six feet or shorter.

  • No swimming or wading

  • No picking, collecting, hunting or fishing of plants, mushrooms, or animals

  • No smoking or alcohol

  • No hammocks, tents, campfires, or camping

  • Do not climb or deface rock formations

  • Do not release animals or introduce plants or wildlife

  • Firearms, drones, bikes, and amplified instruments are STRICTLY PROHIBITED
