Margaret Dunn
President
Margaret Dunn is a medical educator, and has retired as a general surgeon and a health care administrator. She lives close to the Glen and can enjoy the preserve often. She has previously served on multiple non-profit boards, regionally and nationally, in the areas of health care, education and the arts.

Rick Hoffman
Vice President
Rick Hoffman is a retired anesthetist. He has been active with and served on the boards of a large number of organizations ranging from professional to nature and art. Rick is an Ohio Certified Volunteer Naturalist, museum guide, and Glen Helen Raptor Center volunteer. He is currently the president of the Nature Center Association of Caesar Creek.

Bruce Bradtmiller
Secretary-Treasurer
Bruce is a physical anthropologist and Senior Consulting Scientist at Anthrotech. He is the lead author of ISO standards on anthropometry. He serves on the board of Miami Valley Public Media (WYSO), and has previously served on the boards of the Yellow Springs Community Foundation, Yellow Springs Historical Society, Friends Care Community, Yellow Springs Children’s Center, and Chamber Music Yellow Springs.
Trustees

Mitch George is the VP of Business Development for Clean Water Environmental, LLC. He works in industrial environmental processing and management. He is an avid backpacker and hiker, and he enjoys learning about Glen Helen history and contributing to its long-term success.

Ronald Kerans is a materials scientist retired from the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Materials and Manufacturing Directorate. He served most recently as Technical Director of the Metals, Ceramics and NDE Division and for many years as Research Group Leader for Ceramics. He has been active in non-profit volunteer work with Chamber Music in Yellow Springs as Treasurer and currently as bookkeeper, and in preparing tax returns as part of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program.

Jeremy Main is a consultant and CPA who assists clients with merger and acquisition finance integrations, accounting system implementations, and managing accounting teams and processes. When he worked for a Fortune 500 worldwide Healthcare Company, he facilitated the accounting integration of a $2 billion dollar acquisition, coordinated the financial close, and led an accounting system implementation.

Jill Allen has nearly two decades of legal experience in both the private and public sectors. She has served as the Law Director for the City of Springfield since 2019, where she provides legal support across all areas of municipal operations and serves as the chief legal counsel and advisor to the City Commission and administrative staff. Prior to this role, she served as both the Law Director and Chief Municipal Prosecutor for the City of Eaton for 13 years.
She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton in 2005, where she served as an Executive Editor of the Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Muskingum University in 2002, graduating magna cum laude. Jill resides in Yellow Springs with her husband, twin sons, and daughter.

Yasmeen Soin works with Soin Neuroscience and Soin Therapeutics. She studied Alternative Dispute Resolution and later earned an LLM in Intellectual Property. She helped start the Ohio Pain Clinic and oversaw work for the Surgery Center at Corporate Way. She has served on the boards of the Miami Valley School and the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery, and has helped start TargetOhio, a nonprofit focused on elevating the voice of Asian American and Pacific Islanders (AAPI) in Ohio.

Stephanie Noe is the Director of Operations in Aerospace Electronics. She holds a BS in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is a proud mother of two young girls and enjoys hiking, biking and exploring new foods.

Elizabeth Valenti, executive chef and partner at Wheat Penny Oven and Bar, was named an Ohio leader in the restaurant and hospitality industries with an Ohio Restaurant Association award in 2021. Liz is dedicated to community and is experienced with nonprofit organizations and boards. She has been an integral part of the Glen Helen annual Whoo Cooks for You dinners.

Paul Sampson is the President of a consulting group in Xenia, which provides technical expertise for projects for DOE and commercial industry. He has thirty years of experience in all facets of program management, finance, contracting, engineering design, and technology transfer. He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the National Air and Space Intelligence Center, an OSU Extension Master Gardener, and an Ohio Certified Volunteer Naturalist.
