Wine Cap mushrooms grow readily in various types of mulch and produce substantial crops of edible mushrooms for home consumption or sale. In this class, with Marc Amante from Central State University Extension, we will learn about how to cultivate, identify, and harvest Wine Cap mushrooms in your home garden or as a part of your farm business.
Come ready to get your hands a little dirty, as we’ll demonstrate the hands-on processes for how to build a mulched bed Wine Cap production system.
