Gather in the Glen for a slow-paced ½ mile wooded, moderate trail walk. Enjoy the beauty of the Glen and each other while getting some morning exercise. Geared toward older adults, but all ages and abilities welcome.Walk-ins welcome. Program: Free. Parking: Free for participants. Meet at Vernet Center: 405 Corry St. Weather permitting.
