At the south end of Glen Helen and only ten minutes from downtown Yellow Springs, Birch Manor features a 1930s mansion with 7 rooms spread over two stories, outdoor patio, and expansive lawn area. The Outdoor Education Center (OEC) is dedicated to providing ecological education programs for both children and adults. On weekends, the lodge with outdoor spaces can be rented for events such as day retreats, business meetings, birthday & anniversary celebrations, and family reunions for up to 200 people.

Grinnell Mill Bed & Breakfast

Grinnell Mill Bed & Breakfast offers beautiful accommodations in an expertly restored, historic grist mill on the banks of the Little Miami River. On the second floor, two charming rooms are available, each with a queen bed and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. On the first floor, we offer a lovely suite with two queen beds and a private full bathroom. This room also has its own private entrance from the deck. There is a ramp leading onto the deck providing full access to the first floor, the handicapped-accessible restroom and the first floor suite.
